The Kates Foundation was established in 1995. The foundation is committed to supporting local agencies in the counties of Sarasota and Manatee, Florida. It is the Kates family’s belief that with the help of funding and acting proactively, a community can be strengthened, and the quality of life for all those who live there is enhanced.
