Please note that we are no longer funding financial abatements and scholarships for individuals to participate in an organization’s programming. We are prioritizing projects where our investment and contribution will benefit as many people as possible in a meaningful and practical way. More information about our funding preferences can be found on the “Focus” tab.

The Fall 2013 submission deadline is 5pm on October 1st. Beginning in 2014, The Kates Foundation will be switching to a single yearly funding cycle with an April 1st submission deadline.
